Sand critter ID

Today I was feeding the tank and a piece of food (formula 2 frozen) hit the sand. Small, very very thin tentacles came out of the sand along with a body they were attached to came out as well. The whole thing was translucent, the tentacles were about 1" long. It shoved the food bit in the body and proceeded to burrow back in the sand.

It had to come from my live rock, since I never bought live sand nor any detrivore kits. The sand I have is HomeDepot Southdown.

Any ideas?

Spaghetti worm? I have them in my rock as well as my sand.

i was thinking spaghetti myself. They are fairly common. I have loads in my LS
