what are these grey zooanthids?

i had one of them in this cluster of the orange ones. now there are like 5 or more. are they slowly taking over my otherones? what are they? should i get rid of them?

Hmmmm..... very interesting, I kinda have the same thing in my bright green zoo's, except mine are black with gold flecks and a green stripe going around the circumference of the tenticles. They look great under actinic, but rather unusual under MH. They also have purple bases, so when they are closed its hard to tell them from the coralline.

Sorry I can't help with an ID! But I would say unless they are causing trouble leave them go!
