Carlos, think you've got a spaghetti worm there. As far as I know, no danger to a reef, will aid in detritous clean up.

Reefer
Good afternoon,

Last week I posted a question asking if anyone has ever seen a cabbage coral with 12 inch sweepers at night.

A week later I noticed that it in fact was not the cabbage coral but a cream coloured worm with fine silk like sweepers with a number of smaller arms branching. It was now on the tip of the finger coral.

Looking closely it appears to be extending itself on the tip and sending out this long tentacle.

Has anyone ever seen one of these before. Are they OKAY in a reef tank?

thanks
