small red worm.

I'm not sure if it’s a bristle worm, I'll try to describe it. Its about 1/8 of an inch long, its body is mostly red at the head and tail but black in the center. Somewhat flat but not totally and has a lot of white prickly legs going down both sides of its body. The legs look like thorns. I’d appreciate any help.
