Experienced Reefer
At first I didnt think they moved ... but today they are on my glass as well as some LR. What the heck are they???? Good or bad?

They look like flatworms, aka. Planaria. They can become a minor inconvenience since they can multiply rapidly, but they usually subside on their own.
