What is this thing? Slug maybe?

I found this balled up in a hole in my rock. I went away and came back to find it crawling around looking for shade. This pciture is kind of fuzzy but you can see the 2 antennaes, all black body, 3" long, and 1" wide. There is a bulb like thing near the end of the body on top. It moved around fairly nimbly and disappeared into the rocks. I've had the tank for almost 6 months and have never seen such a thing. Any ideas on what it is and if it is good/bad? Thanks!

It looks like a nudibranch. Not sure what kind, but most are not reef safe, they like soft corals and stuff.
