Can anyone ID this thing?

Hi Everyone! I'm cycling my tank after adding Marshall Island LR and a Fauna kit from Inland. There has been a substantial number of these critters showing up. I think they are some type of Isopod, but wanted to know if anyone had more specifics since there are so many in the tank. No fish yet, just a portion of the cleanup crew and the fauna kit. Thanks for your help!

Oh yeah, the big pincher looking thing is the back end and this guy is about 1/4 inch long. It looks kinda like those rolly-polly bugs.

Thanks Investigator , I think that's it. I really appreciate your help - I couldn't find a good enough picture of one. I'll have to bookmark some of the sites I find when I look for more info on this guy.
