thin long worms?

I've noticed on a portion of my live rock that there are a bunch of thin long worms. There are roughly about 15 of them all together. They are less that a milimeter in width and several centimeters in length. The worms are striated with white and brown stripes across the body. They seem to be dragging the sand and stuff from the substrate up to them. If anybody could help ID them, I would greatly appreciate them. I don't think I a picture would turn out since they are soooo thin.

sounds like a spagetti worm do they all come from a central location?

all the worms seem to be coming from two holes in my live rock that are about 3/4" apart.

you probably have 2 of them, dont worry there harmless.
