Sorry not from that picture. Is it the white and green blurry thing?
At the moment I'd guess it could be a Flatworm of some sort or a Colonial Tunicate.

I agree with you guys, but im gonna take a very wild guess with a nudibranch of some sort..However it is unlikely with out a clear pic or description

my first guess is colonial tunicates

Does it move? Is it really soft? Do the openings close if you touch them?

if you look towards the right end of the object in question, it faintly appears to have a "feather" type object from it..this could be just the image blur...Thats why I guessed nudibranch...Ive never seen tunicates (sea squirts) so symmeterical..I could be wrong...My knowledge is limited..
