Please identify

These growth begun developing on my live rock after about 2 months. I believe they are types of duster. Can someone please verify? Also in the middle of the top picture, on the same live rock is this cocoon looking thing. Does anyone have any idea on what it may be?

The other thing looks like some sort of sponge, but its hard to tell.
