Hmm, I'm guessing that's an "emerald" or Mithrax crab. They have mixed reviews regarding their reef safeness.

Get us a few more focused, up close shots and we can say for sure.

After googling around it seems that it's a TURBO snail

Definitely looks like a Mithraculus sp. to me. I had a bad experience with these crabs killing fish but many reefers keep them without a problem.
