Did a water change and found this....maybe some sort of egg mass?

Also the only things that i have more than one of in the tank are: 2 blue/green chromis, turbo snails, blue leg and scarlet hermits and 4 peppermint shrimp.

I suspect they are eggs from a polychaete. The mass will probably dissolve in a few days, releasing the larvae.

Do you have a wrasse in this tank? Sometimes the cacoon mine sleeps in will collect some of the fine sand and look a little like your pic. They disolve pretty fast though.

I've had more off these masses over the course of a month and they do appear to be from a polychaete.

No wrasse in the tank. One mass appears then dissolves and then another will appear about 1 to 2 months later.
