The polyps retract into little white balls with pink sclerites(?) and the branches separate out. The stalk is quite squat and the branches, from what I can see, do not have any polyps, the polyps being on the vey top edge of each branch. It is fairly small, about the size of a golfball.
Dendronephtha has been sugested but i'm not too sure about this?
