Bojangles

Advanced Reefer
I came home at 2am to find three of these swimmin in my 200g tank. They seemed to be swimming in spirals from bottom to top in the middle of the tank and one in the corner. I caught them and put them in a black pan for picture taking. They're about 1.5" long, white/off white, and both ends look kinda the same...no visible head or tail ends.

I'm mostly concerned Friend or Foe and how to get rid of it if Foe.
Thanks all for the help

These are Palolo worms. It's the reproductive phase of a polychaete worm. Nothing to worry about.
