zoanthid or anemone ?

aquired this on a chunk of liverock,it regularly spews out a long frond which detaches and floats away,its very pretty just would like to know what it is and if it is nasty or nice

The picture's a little fuzzy but it's neither, its a genus and species of Corallimophidae, what is commonly called Mushroom Coral.
It's a good guy and a keeper more or less, they can under the right conditions, grow like weeds in a tank and kill other corals, most people have to purchase them. :wink:
