Did it suddenly show up after buying some type of soft coral? It looks to me to be something in the Flabellinidae Family.

Nudibranch of some sort is all I can say. There are tons of these things though. Personally, I would pull it out into a safe tank untill I figure out if it is harmful to corals and so forth.

It is cool looking though :) Maybe it will grow 2 or 3 feet in length and you can sell tickets to see it! 8O

Best case scenario--it only feeds on some sponge or coral or tunicate you don't have, starves to death.

Worst case--feeds on some coral you do have, and eats all of it.

I say take it out and flush it.
