It's a Basket Star. Very difficult to feed. Someone once had limited success by target feeding Cod Eggs & Ground Mysis Shrimp 3 or 4 times a day.

Thanks for the replies just to let you all no Its been in the tank for about 5 weeks and the only thing that it must be feeding on is the foods left by the fish and the salifert coral food which I use I've got more info about the star and have giving it some frozen brine shrimp injected into the pump which it was in front of this fires the brine straight to it

Make sure you are feeding at night when it is open and waving its arms around as well... they are primarily nocturnal.
