bubble tip Orange Montipora digia.????

I hope to have a pic up in a few days. I was jest wondering if any one has ever seen this happen. at the lfs it looked normal. after i put in in the tank and about a week in a half the tips started to ballon up. the polups are longer than I have ever seen on a montipora. I have never seen this before. Is this a sign of desiese. it is in a 40?55? D.A.S system with up graded pskimmer and a 3ft 4 bulb T5 light. ca, alk, po4, salinity, temp, all well within range of a tyipical reef tank. I do use phoslock to controle po4. 8O 8O :?

A good in focus photo would be needed, are you sure you have a montipora?
