It's the best I can take the picture on this thing.. it's too far in the tank..tried a kind of combination to try get a better picture..

This thing is like in a tube or something.. it will move around and retract if you touch it.. Today it can be here and tomorrow it will be somewhere else..

NEVER seen an aipastia that color. I'm betting on somthing else. TOUCH it and see if it retracts VERY fast like an aipstia does, or if it curles in pretty slow. If its moving around it's probably an anemone, but I wouldt call the aipastia card quite yet. It actually looks to be the color of a teensy BTA to me.

Also, check out the ORAL DISK. Aipstias are NORMALLY darker brown and have a lighter color oral disk. Just a generalization.

I think it is not Aiptasia.. this doesn't look like the one I killed last time. When you touch it.. it closed up like a bulb.. just like a Zoos close up. It doesnt look like retract very fast.. what it do when you touch it.. it just closed up into the Stem ... like like when you touching a Zoos and closed into a tube and the mouth is closed..

The Aiptasia I killed last time is on a small rock that I killed it outside of the tank.

It doesn't look like Majano Anemoe or Aiptasia I think. It's not transparent like some Aiptasia and it's it's not brown also. As for Majano Anemoe, most picture I foundo n the internet for reference, they all look like solid green color. The one I got is Red and mixed with yellow. The color is solid. It almost like like a Single Zoos. After it stay on a single spot for few hours, then it will move the tube to a different spot. The tube is Red and Yellow color and they all solid color.

I will check on that thing, if it move closer to the glass, will take another picture of it.

If it's Aiptasia.. I will remove that huge rock from the water.. get a Fire Cracker and stuck it into it mouth and light it up...

The first Aiptasia I killed from a small rock.. I almost gonna get a wet/dry vacumm and suck it out of the small hole.. luckily..a tiny rock fell on the hole and the Aiptasia ran out to the side.. I remove the rock from water and the Aiptasia unable to swim back.. I injected it with 15ml of hot boiling Pure Vinegar and it melt and look like a hot glue..

It KINDA looks like a leather if you squint real hard.

Maybe a toadstool? Do the "arms" open up like a hand on the end when it is fully extended?

I think they thing found a permanent place and always on the same place for the whole week. The tube will open up when the light is on, and closed up when the light is off.

Personaly I dont think its moves ( I think your seeing things LOL!!  ). Its definately not a baby BTA though. Look at the base and tenticles( well squint at them I guess LOL!!!) If it were a baby sarc. you would see tenticles protruding from the center of the cap as well wouldnt you? If its indeed moving it could be a juvenile condylactus ?
Whe they are healthy they are actualy a pink tone like that. ( the generic condy that is)

Maybe its a type of tub e worm?
Is the "tube" you say it retracts into hard?
I do see a slit for a mouth I think?

well it doesn't look like tube at all.. when it retract.. it actually closed the tube and look like flower bud... almost like the close up tube for Zoos

I will keep an eye on it... that bud thing is very weird.. When the light is off, instead of pointing up, it will point down and close up.. like an elephant nose
