Hello everyone. My name is Thiago and I'm posting from the Atlanta area in GA. First post here on reefs.org. I just recently encountered the forum and I have already gathered a considerable amount of useful information!

Anyhow, what are some of your favorite e-stores to order cured live rock from? Based on rock quality (including being light in weight), their selection on your behalf (good looking, nice shapes), shipping conditions (specially amount of die-off by the time it reaches you), price, and good customer service?

Any contribution would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Welcome to RDO...you might be better off posting this in the General Forum.. you should get more hits there. I can't answer this, because I purchased my rock locally.

I love the cured Marshall Island live rock from premium aquatics. It is very light weight.

Thanks for the recommendations. I guess I'll "copy" this to general. Premium Aquatics does seem to offer good looking rock, as I've run across their site before. So far, it's at the top of the list. But I'll wait a while longer to see what else is worth considering.

And Louey, sweet tank! Definitely makes my current, and first marine tank look tiny! I mean, my 75 is half the size of your SUMP!!!

Thanks guys.

Hey man. I've lived in the Atlanta area all my life (just recently moved to Alabama) There are a few stores that you're gonna wanna check out. First head over to Cappacuino Bay Aquarium (spelling?) Then find one called Imagine Ocean in Canton. IMO best 2 salt stores in N. Ga.
