I have ordered several things from Coralhq. Most recently I received a Green Nepthea. It is really a nice piece. To my complete suprise, the owner even emailed me and apologized for the coral not being bigger.
How's that for customer service and support!?! I really like knowing the people behind the scenes give a damn about what their customers think.
I have also had good luck with LR from them as well. I think they have a great price on some premium Fiji too.
I am expecting some more rock from them, a clam, and a sand sifting star. If it is anything like what I have received in the past, then I know I will be happy. I have never had a bad experience with Coralhq, everything arrives very healthy. I feel though, that if something was not healthy or even dead, Andy and the folks at Coralhq would work hard to make things right.
