New Reefer
found this in my tank that i have had established for only 7 months. i dont know how fast these things grow but im thinkin he hitchhiked in on a rock. hes about 6 in long and thicker than a pencil.i put him in his own tank so i can watch him. i also found a bobbit worm living inside a rock i have but havent been able to get a good shot yet hes about 5 inches of what ive seen of him.

Get rid of him, they get extremley large. You probably have more of these in your tank. As you said they come in with live rock or frags. Neon dottybacks and spider crabs are known to eat these.
