Another ID please...

I saw this little guy just long enough to grab my camera... he was blowing out little puffs of "smoke" (more like milk actually) about every 3 seconds. he did that maybe 20 times then disappeared into his hole not to be seen again (yet).

Any Ideas?

Edit: he's tiny... maybe 1cm

What you saw was the critter spawning.

Thats a stomatella snail.

I looked up some pics of stomatella snails, and after i saw it come out of the hole again i confirmed you are correct.
