IMPOSSIBLE to get a decent picture of this thing, but maybe ill get lucky here. I have a "snail-like" creature about the size of your thumbnail. It is BLACK and I mean so black it looks like a hole in the rock.. the only exception is what appears to be a bright blue stripe across its head. Any kind of nudibranch or the like that you guys know of that fits this description? It's also stationed by a bunch of zoas.. which COULD be a clue.

Thanks...

Are you looking at this under actinic lighting?
Does it only have one stripe on its back or stripes on both sides of its rhinophores, head, body and anterior portion plus a stripe on its head?
It's tough enough to ID seaslugs to begin with, without a picture it's darn near impossible.
One stripe on the back is a Scutus spp., multiple stripes would possibly be a species of Chelidonura.

only 1 blue stripe.. and it looks like it goes ACROSS the top of the head.. instead of down the back. doesnt move much.. stays in the same place
