Good or Bad ?

I got 2 of them - 10mm across at the moment.

What are we supposed to be looking at, the Actinia (anemone) or something else? If it's the anemone I need a better closer picture.

directly under the word "moment" 2/3 of the way down the image - the white spiky kind of thing - it appears to have a tube attaching it to the rock.

I see no anenomes anywhere in the image - or am I blind ?

It is an anemone, probably a garden variety (one of the many) aiptasia type. Without a closer picture, its hard to define it well. Touch it and it'll retract completely and nearly vanish.

By describing the tube attach to the rock, it's a feather duster. They are harmless filter feeders.

Based on the image, you might be seeing two things. The larger disc-like (+ tentacles) item is an Actinia of some sort. There could well be a tube worm next to it, although I can't really tell from the image.

the tube isnt visible in the photo - thats a krill food piece.

the photo is real close - the white spiky thing is twice the size on my screen than in real life (1280x1024 res)

it does retract

it doesnt wave around like my other feather dusters - just kind of sits there making me think its not a duster.

If you are talking about the thing I circled in your picture. I would have to go with anenome.
