I noticed my cranberry-tip acro appeared to have been chewed on by something. After removing it for an examination I noticed that almost half the tissue was gone. I began to search for a predator. I found a small white limpet on the bottom of the plug to which it is attached. I disposed of it and continued to search finding another white limpet. I had seen these two several days ago then they disappeared. They are gone now!
Should I frag a small tip that was not effected and glue it someplace else on the reef?
