I have had this coral a few months now and I have been trying to get rid of what I think is an apistia on it. But recently noticed these tentacles which look different. Is this another pest anemone or something else?

I think that is a mini brittle star. If so, it is a good guy!!!

Some tanks develop populations of mini brittles, they are excellent scavengers, and cute too! But it is hard to tell for sure.

They tend to hide in or under rock, and hang their legs out of holes in the rock.

Possibly a small brittle in the Amphiura genus? They almost never leave their rock crevice or spot in the sand and keep 2 or more legs out waving in the water to catch detritus and microrganisms.

I have had those same "striped legs" hanging out of my Zoas for a few weeks now. Never been able to get him to come out though.
