It's extremely tough to tell from those pictures but seeing that this would likely be from the Mediterranean or Aegean Sea, I would guess a species of Tritonia. The hanging around the top of your tank sort of gives me a clue also. If it is a Tritonia spp. they prey on soft corals.
See if you can get some better pictures.
