OK, I couldn't help myself. I looked around for a while, but I can't find these. Hope the picture is OK.

They are single polyps, they are Paly's

zoanthids are single polyps too

palys are just bigger.. for the most part.. and have a differnet configuration of "petals" If i remember right.. (cant remember the actual name for them).
