baby nass snails

Do nass or astrea snails reproduce often in a tank? Reason i'm asking is that i recently got 5 Astrea snails and 2 nass sandsifting snails and all of a sudden i saw 2 baby snails on my tank glass. they dissappeared after a while but i still saw them. I wante to know si those snails breed often.

i think im loosing a lot of hermit snails due to them fighting for each others shells.

nass snails will reproduce if the conditions allow...some hermits will eat them if food is scarce

i have hundreds of tiny snails on the glass and rockwork at any given time, especially after the lights go out. i think these are not baby nassarius, but a completely different species of snail, which stay very small. possibly collonista snails.
