I tried searching on this and I did not come across anything that answers my question.
On the weekend I just bought two fire clowns the are both small. Now for the 1st day they swam around together everywhere (like my mated percs do in my other tank). Anyhow now the one fire clown will not leave the corner/hiding area and if he does a tad the other fire clown will chase it back into the corner and leave "it" alone though. I am worried about the other clown because I fed them yesterday evening and tonight and the clown that is scared in the corner will not come out to eat.
Are they two females?? SHould I return the one? Or will this eventually go away and they will just bond? I am not 100% on their bonding rituals as its been a long time since I watched my percs.
If you have any ideas or experience w. this situation I would glady appreciate any thoughts on this subject bc I am afraid of my one clown starving to death.
