What is this? Worm, Nem? It’s so odd

Noticed this in my sump the other day on a piece of live rock, anyone seen this before? If you watch the video you’ll see it retracts very quickly when nudged.

Never seen it move that quickly, If you shine a light it turns towards it. Also seems to change the direction the tentacles are facing

Glass anemone. You should get rid of it. They can get out of control.
