hairry worm ?

i found today some hairry worm coming out from my rock. that worm is about 2.5 " , i have no idea what is it excecly , if it good or bad
i have the red sea max 250 and its about 8 mounth old

Remove it if you can, that is a bearded fireworm to me

The bristles are little stingers. It's kind of like a mini sea porcupine. It is a good detrius eater. Search here for bristle worm. There is alot of info on the site about them.
