Octopus tank set up requirements???

Im looking to set up an octopus tank soon and need some help. Ive been doing some research on them and I am aware that they are very difficult to keep and they are very smart and can escape easily if my tank is not secure. I just want some ideas on how big of a tank to set up, what type of filtration to use, and also how the inside of the tank should be set up. I plan on buying the octopus as a baby and keeping him in the tank without any other fish or coral. Any info or help would be great thanks.

your going to need a lot of rock and hiding places. the light cant be that bright and you have to have a cover that will stay on. they are very strong
