apex programming

Hi everyone my name is pete and im relatively new here and
i am trying to set up my Apex are there any links to guide you through with hopefully some examples to copy . This can make you nuts,i have been at this for hours.I'm just about ready to remove it altogether i tried the manufacturer but they respond slowly by email they want screen caps., the outlets do not even correspond with the pump our light that i have assigned it to. all the things i tried to program are not working.(i tried to program my return pump but it works under a light1 setting).hopefully i can get some advice thanks Pete

I had helped Pete program a few things. I have no experience with the I/o controls. Someone who has experience with that would be great
