Hey Guys I'm Relatively New To This hobby I've Noticed White Salt Like Spots On My two Tangs. Can Someone Offer SomeTreatment Methods i Have Coral too Thanks pete

If you can see the spots just take the fish out and use cupramine.

How big is your tank? How many fish in there? What's your tank temp?

Its a 150 with a 40 sump about 20 small fish 78 degrees

my suggestion is feed ur tangs good and do nothing from my experance if fish are healthy they will fight it off on there own .

unfortunate news! what are the other 18 fish? once in your tank, it will always be there unless you kill the ich. and you will have the same problem if/when you add new fish (even if the new fish were already QT'd) not to scare you, but each spot can hatch up to 200 tomites. copper & hypo are the proven cures, but impossible with corals. good luck!
