I finally caught my reef lobster the other day and put him in the refrium just to see if I wanted to sell him keep him or if he would keep the refrium clean.
Well i checked up on him today after leaving him alone for one day and he seams to be doing fine, hes in some of the rubble like he usually is in the tank.
The refium has a pretty thick bed of miracle mud and some macro algae on one side with rubble on the other side that feeds to the return. btw the refrium is fed by a unfiltered return line from the tank overflow.
Any one ever try to leave a reef lobster or cleaner clams in their refrium?
Will they still keep the tank clean by eating some of the debris and ffod left behind?
