Bio-pellets for 125 gallon

I am thinking about adding some bio-pellets on my 125 reef. I probably have about 150 gallons with the sump. Which bio-pellets should I get and what reactor/pump does everyone recommend?

I run a super reef octopus BR-110 with vertex pellets a little pricey but I love it... And I run it off a manifold that comes off my return pump which is a mag-9 and I get plenty of flow

I have a 120 with a 30gal sump...

start with 550ml in a reactor i used a tlf reactor and moded the bottom with a mag 3 pump

vertex vf-15 reactor and vertex pellets are what i am using i got 500 ml running on mine 80g heavy stocked system, personally i think the amount of fish and livestock more determine the amount of pellets then the water volume of the tank, and i will have a thread in reguards to this later

Thanks for the replies. I might go with the Vertex UF-20. Would that be the correct size for my setup with a heavy bioload?

Yeah you will be good with that . You can us the uf-15 to for your size system
