Robbie these guys need alot of care there is alot of information and threads on these guys on the forum. What kind of lighting do you have? Make sure you feed them a piece of krill or silversides at least once every 5 days, and they tend to move around the tank for the first few weeks until they are happy on there placement

Robbie, hate to be the one to say this, but you should have researched this invert before you bought it. This is one critter your tank does not have sufficient lighting, maturity, experience to adequately support.

My recommendation is to find a buddy with a suitably mature tank with appropriate lighting, and the experience to keep an anemone and take it out of your tank before it wanders around looking for more light and winds up in a powerhead. I am sorry for being a naysayer and sounding negative, but your situation is not right for an anemone at this time. :(

Research first, buy second.

I've had mine for a few years and as the others have said they require a lot more light than what you have there. How long has the tank been running? They need a mature tank, I added mine about a year after it was set up and stable. They are great once they settle and have the proper conditions, but until then you will be moving your coral out of it's path until it's happy. Hope this helps
