Chalice fragging

Hey guys I have a chalice that's about 7inch long it's starting to out grow the rock it's on. I would like to frag it but I'm unsure how to. I've seen YouTube vids using razor blades and ive also read about using a dremel with a diamond wheel. What would be a safe approach that will not harm my chalice too much? Any dips to use to help it heal?

band saw would be the best way and than dremel would be the next best way

dremel it than soak it in some tank water with amino acids for 20 mins...put in low/moderate flow and light
