Help with Carbon500M fom ELOS

hello everyone, I'm here again..!!

is almost time to clean my canister filter from my aquarium, and i just bought a Carbon500M from ELOS , but i don't know if i could use it like another carbon media for my filter, because it says than i have to removed after 3-4 days ..!!

and i don't know if this could help to my filter or just get back to the basics buy the fluval carbon as i been doing usual ..!! or try to use this one..!1 Carbon500M from ELOS..!! :headache:

No, you don't have to remove it. Take it once a week, rinse it well, put back in and replace it once a month with new GAC.

Your carbon is GAC=Granular Activated Carbon.
