I'm going to start vinegar dosing my question is do I take my Gfo or carbon off line?

Keep both online, more than likely there'll be residual PO4 to be removed after the NO3 reaches undetectable levels and another export mechanism is required; GFO. Unless you're one of the lucky people that can get NO3/PO4 proportionately reduced.

In your experience, how long does it take to get nitrates to undetectable levels using vinegar? My nitrates have been 10-15 consistently over 3 years. My phosphate has been undetectable ( Elos test kit). I use Gfo
