Kalk dosing

I'm trying out kalk to see what type of results I get

I'm mixing 1tsp per gallon or RO water
How long do I need to make it settle before I can start dosing it

it takes a couple of hours to settle.

3 hours should be fine

When it doesn't look like milk it is ready. 3 hours should be fine.
