Hi there,
I have read the article Chemistry and the aquarium- regarding Ca and alk. I find myself in zone three. Alk 12.5DKH, Ca 345, PH 8.0.
The calculation link from the article wasnt working so I come to you for best advise!
I have been using B-Ionic 2 part for about 2 weeks with no change. After reading the article I think I understand better, but, where do I go from here?

You need to add a pure calcium supplement, such as calcium chloride (ESV or Kent Turbo Calcium), or just the calcium part of B-ionic.

It will take quite a bit to raise the calcium level. If it is the calcium part of B-ionic, you will need to add 1.4 mL of B-ionic calcium per liter of tank water to get to 420 ppm calcium. Don't add any of the alkalinity component.
