I noticed today that when I add my B-Ionic Alkalinity component, something whit is precipitating out. Almost looks gooey.
I dilluted the alkalinity with RODI to about 1/3 the original concentration and it appears to dissolute? (if that's a word).
Is this an acceptable practice?
Thanks in advance,
Mark O

If it redissolves quickly, that is likely magnesium hydroxide. Adding the B-ionic to a higher flow area, or adding it more slowly, will reduce that precipitation. That precipitate isn't an issue unless it lands on something before dissolving (IMO).

Diluting is also fine. :)
