High alk low calcium

A little over a week ago I set up a calcoum reactor. At the time my calcium was low 300ppm and alk 8dkh. Now my alk is right at 14dkh and calcium is still down at 320ppm. My PH is 8.2-8.5. Do I need to add some calcium chloride to give it a initial boost.
