I read your article about 2 parts calcium and alkalinity additive. You mentioned there that for alkalinity, you use baking soda, which contain sodium bicarbonate. Well my problem is in my country we have 2 types of baking soda. One is baking powder which contain Sodium Bicarbonate only and the other is Cake Soda which contains Sodium bicarbonate and sodium acid tyro phospate.
My question is which one I have to use for alkalinity additive
