Favia Feeding????

How do i feed my favia? with what food and how do i feed them?

I know someone will correct me/add to what I'm gonna say, but - at night, with a turkey baster once the feeders are out - meaty foods. I put ESV and cyclopeeze into the tank to get the feeding reaction started. Once the night feeders have their feeders extended, I then spot feed them.
