:idea: I think the only way possible to save the other part of the coral that isn't dead yet is to try to frag it off and hopefully it will grow back to its original size in time.

Don't try fragging it cause you'll probably do more harm than good but stressing out the coral even further.

You can feed it cyclopeeze and as Lissa said move it to place where it won't be disturbed. I'd move it to a place with moderate flow and just a little less light.

I had a red lobo that was shifted into my bubble coral by something (hermit crab, probably) while I was away for a month. It got very badly stung. I just moved it away into an area where it wouldn't be disturbed and fed it mysis at night. the flesh still hasn't all come back, but it looks pretty good. They are slow growers so it might take some time to recover.
