hammer coral placement

whats the best place for a hammer coral, i have 130w PC lighting. what typ of flow do they need?

you should research this before you buy the coral, i would say medium flow

I would (and have) placed Hammer's in medium flow. Lighting requirements are not too high either. I have successfully (by which I mean it grew) kept a hammer at the bottom of an 18 inch tall tank, off to the side of a single 175w MH. It is a good intermediate coral, in my opinion.

Your 130w PC is on what size tank?

its a 55g tank, looking for some good beginner corals, i have some zoo's right now along with a couple of rics.
